Income streams & funding opportunities
We can suggest a range different funding opportunities and can point you in the right direction when applying for grants. We can help you by supporting you to develop your different income streams and help you to set targets, communicate outcomes, goals and benefits, and develop timelines.
Involving & consulting stakeholders
We’ve seen and been part of lots of ‘stakeholder engagement’ and have some ideas about how it could be done better. We’re particularly interested in how we could reach and involve a wider range of people in a variety of creative ways.
Evaluation
Careful evaluation is a key part of improving performance and ensuring ongoing project success. We love digging deep into other people’s projects, asking thoughtful questions, and getting to the heart of what is working well and what could be better. Our evaluations are thought provoking and focus on next steps and recommendations, as well as on the reporting required for funders and/or decision makers.
Research
We can help you to find out what you need to know. Whether that means scouring the internet for information, arranging focus groups and consultations or gathering stakeholder opinions, we can source information and present it in a clear and focused way. We have an excellent network of connections throughout Pembrokeshire, and will be able to answer your questions or put you in touch with the people/organisations who can.
Peer mentoring and in-work support
Our founding director Dilys has been a Social Business Wales Peer Mentor since 2021, and provides in-work support to a local business owner and social enterprise director via the Access to Work scheme. We enjoy asking questions that support reflection and critical analysis through peer mentoring, and sharing our experiences with others to support our peers. Providing in-work support allows us to share our skills and experience with others, helping them to flourish while giving us a new experience and insight into our local community.
